Samir Agrawal is an advocate and founder of Law Chambers of Samir Agrawal with an experience of over 12 years. He is an alumnus of London University (2011) where he completed Master of Laws (LL.M.) securing a distinction in his dissertation, which is a rare feat. Thereafter, he worked with the topmost corporate law firms of the country for 8 years including AZB & Partners and JSA, New Delhi. In 2018, he turned to litigation before the Supreme Court, High Court of Allahabad, National Company Law Tribunal and other forums. He has successfully represented big ticket brands such as OYO, ANSAL, HYUNDAI, TIMEX and many others. One of his cases garnered international acclaim and has been covered by the media globally Samir Agrawal v. Competition Commission of India & Others, (2021) 3 SCC 136, 138 including by the Global Competition Review and Kluwer, New York, U.S.A. and is being currently taught at the Faculty of Laws, Delhi University. He has faced senior advocates of the likes of Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi, Amit Sibal, and others while contesting the case. Priyanka Singh is a practicing lawyer with a vivid experience in core litigation. She is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune where she has completed her Bachelor of Law degree as well as she has acquired a Master of Law degree from National Law University, Odisha having specialised in Constitutional Law. As a law student and as a lawyer too she has been working with several egalitarian organisations to facilitate legal awareness and education. Her major areas of practice include constitutional, human rights, arbitration, matrimonial, criminal and civil cases involving land disputes.
